Job Title: Sim Rig Operator (Event Staff)

Location: Various Event Venues (Travel Required)

Reports To: Event Manager / Business Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to operate and manage our sim racing rigs at events and functions. As a Sim Rig Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, supervising, and maintaining high-end and mid-tier racing simulators during events. The ideal candidate is computer literate, has a solid understanding of gaming hardware and software (PC and console), and can provide a professional and enjoyable experience for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and pack down sim rigs at various event locations.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot sim racing equipment during events.
• Assist guests in using the simulators, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Perform basic maintenance and diagnostics on PCs, consoles, and sim hardware.
• Ensure the equipment is clean, presentable, and functioning optimally.
• Report any technical issues or customer concerns promptly.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Computer literate, with a good understanding of Windows-based PCs and gaming consoles.
• Knowledge of gaming hardware and software, including sim racing titles (e.g., Assetto Corsa, iRacing, Gran Turismo, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, move and assemble heavy equipment safely.
• Reliable transport to and from events.
• Punctual, responsible, and well-presented.
• Prior event or technical support experience is a plus.
