1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking our sim rig rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide rental of sim racing rigs for private and commercial events. Our rigs are hired out by the day and may include optional add-ons as selected during the booking process.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made via online bank transfer.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment is due 5 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client cancellations:
    • More than 7 days before event: Full refund.
    • 3–7 days before event: 50% refund.
    • Less than 72 hours: No refund.
  • Our cancellations: In the rare event we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, etc.), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Use of Equipment

  • Our rigs are fragile, high-performance setups — users must follow all operating instructions given by our staff.
  • The client is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
  • Children under age 12 are forbidden from using the medium to high performance rigs. The lower tier can be used by younger children (age 7+) but they must be accompanied by an adult to assist them.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss arising from improper use of our equipment or when its being used by kids under our suggested age.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, extreme weather).

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Tamper with or disassemble equipment.
  • Use rigs while intoxicated or under the influence.
  • Harass staff or other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, and content on our website and materials remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] and may not be reused without permission.

9. Privacy
