PAIA Manual for Clutch Play Gaming (Pty) Ltd

Introduction

This PAIA Manual is compiled in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), 2000. It provides information on the categories of records held by Clutch Play Gaming (Pty) Ltd and how members of the public can access this information.

Purpose of PAIA

PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by private bodies, including Clutch Play Gaming (Pty) Ltd, that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.

Fees

A requester is required to pay a request fee of R140 (if applicable) and, if the request is granted, an access fee for reproduction costs. Please contact the Information Officer for the latest fee schedule.

Remedies

If a request for information is denied, the requester may lodge an internal appeal or a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at complaints.IR@inforegulator.org.za.
